How to Apply
Application Procedure & Admission Process
A. Application Forms can be obtained from the College along with the prospectus on
payment of Rs. 400/- (Four hundred) only.
B. Duly filled in application form along with the required documents should reach the
office on or before the date fixed by the College authority.
C. Incomplete forms shall be summarily rejected. The College authority reserves the
right to cancel the admission of a candidate if the information furnished by him/her
is found to be incorrect or if the documents are found forged/fake.
D. Admission is done on first come first basis. There will be an interview for those who
seek Hostel Admission.
E. Documents to be enclosed at the time of admission:
(i) Two (2) Photostat copies of HSLC/HSSLC Mark Sheet
(ii) Two (2) Photostat copies of HSLC/HSSLC Admit card.
(iii) Two (2) recent passport size photographs of the students
(iv) Two (2) Photostat copies of HSLC/HSSLC Provisional Certificate.
(v) Two (2) Photostat copies of Character Certificate.
(vi) In case of ST/SC, a copy of Tribe/Caste & income certificate.
(vii) Migration Certificate/ Eligible Certificate in case of applicant coming from
outside of Manipur Board/University.
(viii) Aadhar card/ PAN Card/APAAR ID Card.

PAYMENT OF FEES
Fees can be paid in three (3) installment basis.
A. The first installment should be paid at the time of admission.
B. The time for second and third installments will be notified during the course.
C. The installments has to be cleared within the given time period failing of which late
fine will be realized for every defaulting day.
WITHDRAWALS OF ADMISSION
a. In case of cancellation of admission one-fifth (1/5) of the admission cost will be
refunded.
b. From the commencement of classes, no money will be refunded.
